Sharon is a CPA with 15 years experience with large scale master planned communities including Celebration and Baldwin Park. At Baldwin Park, Sharon was Director of Finance responsible for financial planning, reporting, and accounting activities of the development. In addition, she oversaw all land closing transactions and coordinated monitoring of key community sales and marketing statistics. Prior to Baldwin Park, she was a financial executive for Ryland Homes and was a Senior Audit Associate with Coopers & Lybrand.
