A licensed Professional Engineer, John oversees the operations teams at New Broad Street projects. He continues to serve as Managing Director of Baldwin Park Development Company with full responsibility for setting and managing strategic direction for planning, design and construction. Prior to joining Pritzker Realty Group and the Baldwin Park team in 2000, John was Senior Vice President and Florida Region Service Manager with PBS&J in Orlando, responsible for the statewide civil engineering, surveying, land planning and landscape architecture divisions. In addition to corporate duties at PBS&J, John was Principal Engineer for key projects including Disney’s town of Celebration and Universal Studios Islands of Adventure theme park.
