David Pace
President
David has been directly involved in real estate development, homebuilding, site acquisition, and corporate real estate and finance for 25 years. As Managing Director of Baldwin Park Development, David built and led the team responsible for the redevelopment of the Orlando Naval Training Center into the Traditional New Development community of Baldwin Park. Prior to that, David was the Director of Real Estate Development for Disney’s Celebration, starting at its inception in 1993 thru 2000. In addition to Celebration, he had executive leadership roles for Disney with: Val D’Europe, Disney New Town, Paris; Latin America Corporate HQ consolidation (13 Countries); and Little Lake Bryan (1,800 unit mixed-use DRI adjacent to WDW, Orlando).
