Blake is responsible for sourcing, investment analysis, deal structuring and negotiations for the New Broad Street Companies. Blake has been on the investment side of real estate since 2000, previously as Senior Director of Development for Marriott Vacation Club International where he was responsible for acquisitions, entitlement efforts, land use optimization and deal structuring. Prior to MVCI, he was Manager of Investments for CNL Income Properties (a diversified REIT) where he acquired and managed investments.
