Credentials:

• Served as Senior Director of Development for Marriott Vacation Club International handling land acquisitions, entitlement efforts, land-use optimization and deal structuring for the MVCI and Ritz Carlton Club brands.
  
• Helped in the creation of the CNL Lifestyle Properties REIT which currently has $2B in diversified real estate holdings. As Manager of Investments, played a significant role in the acquisition of approximately $300M in assets.
  
• Senior associate with Strategic Advisory Group, a consulting firm that specializes in the creation of public-private partnerships to finance real estate development projects in which municipalities are key stakeholders.
