Responsible for all legal matters related to New Broad Street companies and projects.

Credentials:

• Served as General Counsel for Baldwin Park Development Company/Pritzker Realty Group, handling legal matters related to property acquisition and sales to third parties, formation of entities, entitlements, joint ventures, leases, loan transactions, community governance, and agreements with military and other governmental entities.
  
• Nine years as executive counsel with Walt Disney World Company, with a significant role in structuring, negotiating and securing land use and entitlement approvals from local, regional, state, federal and foreign governments for land use, water management, environmental, school, transportation and other development impacts. Handled matters related to sales of real estate to builders, developers and private users for residential and commercial purposes. Extensive involvement with Disney's Town of Celebration and Disney Vacation Club site acquisition and entitlements for resorts in Vero Beach and Hilton Head.
  
• Formerly Vice President of Land for KB Home, Florida region, handling complex acquisition, disposition, finance, development and entitlement issues.
  
• More than 12 years as associate and partner with major law firms in Pennsylvania and Florida.

• Former synagogue president and board member, led educational planning for South Palm Beach County Jewish Federation
