• Former key financial executive for the Disney Development and Walt Disney Imagineering companies with over 100 projects and $6B of capital committed during tenure. Key projects included Celebration, Animal Kingdom, Disney Cruise Lines, Disney's California Adventure and Tokyo Disney Seas.
  
• Former CFO and EVP Hard Rock Cafe International. Total operations included over $500M in revenue from locations in over 34 countries. Lead the strategic planning and contract negotiations for the Florida Seminole Casino licensing agreement.
  
• As CFO of a private equity sponsored real estate company, led the placement of a $100M equity commitment as well as the eventual sale/leaseback of several properties to a large REIT.
  
• Certified Public Accountant, 11 years at Coopers & Lybrand, audit group
