Directions to Corporate Headquarters

We are located in downtown Orlando, in the CNL II Tower adjacent to Orlando City Hall. Parking is in the City Commons Parking Garage off Boone Avenue, directly west of the office tower. Guest parking directions are provided below.

I-4 Westbound from Daytona Beach
EXIT 82B (Anderson St exit on the right)
LEFT on ANDERSON ST, 1 block
LEFT on BOONE AVE
LEFT into the garage

I-4 Eastbound from Tampa
EXIT 82B (South St exit on the right)
RIGHT on SOUTH ST, go 1 block
RIGHT on BOONE AVE
RIGHT into the garage

SR 408 (Toll Road) Eastbound from Clermont
EXIT 10C (Orange Ave/Downtown exit)
STAY to the right - RIGHT at stop sign
RIGHT on ORANGE AVENUE (at light)
Road forks, stay to Right then get into left lane
LEFT on ANDERSON STREET, 3 blocks
RIGHT on BOONE AVENUE
LEFT into garage

SR 408 (Toll Road) Westbound from UCF, Orlando International Airport
EXIT 11A (Rosalind Avenue exit)
Stay in the left lane
LEFT onto SOUTH STREET stay in center lane, 4 blocks
LEFT on BOONE AVENUE
RIGHT into garage

Guest Parking & Building Entry:
• Enter the City Commons Parking Garage from BOONE AVENUE. This is the only entrance that has an attended booth for departures.
• Take a ticket and park in any Visitor Parking spot (on the NORTH end of the garage.)
• Take elevator at the NORTH end of the garage to LEVEL 3
• Take the walkway into CNL Tower II and stop at the security desk to sign in as a visitor
• Take the elevator to the 4th floor.
